Pastor Charles was raised in Colorado. He joined the US Army and served for 20 years. Pastor Charles answered the Lord’s call to ministry in 2006. He is a graduate of Fuller Theological Seminary and Wayland Baptist University, where he is also an adjunct professor. He was called as Pastor for FSBCPH in 2011. Married to his wife Pong Suk, he has two adult sons and two wonderful grandchildren Kaliey and Joseph.
